Agile development of mechatronic products

In an ever faster-changing business environment, plan-driven development processes often reach their limits. In particular, the lack of flexibility in these processes ensures that customer requirements cannot be anticipated correctly – or that modifications implemented at a late stage of development result in high costs.

☑️ In our upcoming web seminar Hendrik Lauf will present, how agile approaches from software development can be transferred to the development of physical products to address these challenges.

In our web seminar series, we present proven methods from practice and the latest advances in theory to the community members of the Global Production Management Center. If you want to participate in our web seminars or other events, join the GPMC!
