What should future-proof production planning and control look like?

▶️ With this year’s guiding theme “Future-proof production planning and control: Robust, Digital and Sustainable“, the Expert Forum PPS will take place on November 8, 2022, to address these and related questions. In view of the growing need for robust and sustainable production systems, participants will gain insight into current developments in the field of production management, production planning, and -control.

The event will focus on the discussion of current challenges, trends, research activities and significant results, with expert keynotes from industry and science. It is aimed at executives who are responsible for ensuring the future viability of their production sites. Keynotes by leading research institutes as well as high-ranking industry representatives will highlight trends, best practices and success factors.

The Expert Forum PPS is organized by Fraunhofer IGCV, IFA – Institute of Production Systems and Logistics of the Leibniz Universität Hannover, IPMT – Institute of Production Management and Technology of the Hamburg University of Technology, and our partner-Institute Werkzeugmaschinenlabor, WZL der RWTH Aachen.
