Fundamental changes in the framework conditions of global production networks, such as sustainability-related aspects and considerations, are confronting the manufacturing industry with new challenges.
In this web seminar, two necessary solution building blocks have been identified and discussed: Increasing transparency through a sustainability assessment of the network as well as considering the strategic and design implications for the network’s configuration.
