Optimize your company’s products and processes to enable a successful transformation to a circular economy.

The current market situation for manufacturing companies is characterized by supply bottlenecks for components, rising resource costs and stricter environmental regulations (e.g. ESPR). This is forcing a rethink from the conventional linear economy to a circular economy. Against this backdrop, manufacturing companies must answer the question of whether their products and processes are already suitable for an industrial circular economy and which steps are required for a transformation to circular value creation.

To support you with this question, we offer a structured, multi-stage analysis approach for your products and processes. We start with a two-day workshop format on site in Aachen. During this workshop, a live disassembly of a product is carried out and evaluated and the existing order fulfillment processes are discussed with regard to their suitability for the circular economy. Based on the findings from this workshop, we support you in the selection and implementation of initial pilot projects in your company. The focus here is on technical feasibility, the achievement of economic goals and sustainability assessment. Together with the experts from your company, we will also analyze challenges and solutions for new business models and certifications. We look forward to accompanying you on your path to a successful circular economy.

Your Advantages

  • Quick and customized introduction to the topic of the circular economy
  • Detailed analysis of your own products and processes
  • Access to proven know-how from industry and research projects
  • Flexibility through individual adaptation of the offer to your needs
