Our last meeting of the Global Production Community for this year took place on November 26-27 at HARTMANN GROUP in Lièpvre, France. A big thank you to HARTMANN GROUP for their excellent hospitality!
We are pleased to share with you the key insights of these two exciting days:
🌍 During an interesting production tour, the complexity of HARTMANN GROUP’s production processes was demonstrated, and exciting insights into the possibilities of lean management were provided
🤝 Hands-on solutions for the companies‘ individual challenges were developed and discussed in an interactive speed dating session
🏗️ Criteria for the success of production relocations and approaches to solving challenges in production relocations were discussed and developed together in a workshop
💡 In a keynote speech and exciting practical presentations, the topic of knowledge transfer in the production network was considered and discussed from different perspectives
