GPMC Web Seminar
We are looking forward to our next web seminar today at 10:30 with Simon Roggendorf, who will be presenting the “Smart Automation Lab” to our GPMC community members.
The use of robotics in the industry is now at a record high worldwide and has also made significant inroads into private households. Today, robots no longer necessarily have to be enclosed in cages or merely perform fixed movements. Rather, they are now intelligent systems that work hand-in-hand with humans and take on multi-layered tasks. In the upcoming webinar, you will gain an insight into how modern robot applications are linked with current technologies such as machine learning, 3D vision, or cloud edge, and how new forms of human-machine interaction are being researched for assembly in the Smart Automation Lab on the RWTH Campus.
