Membership

As members of the GPMC, enrolled companies will receive exclusive access to the RWTH Aachen Campus ecosystem. Members are permitted to use the RWTH Aachen Campus membership logo to market their affiliation internally and externally. A center membership also increases the company’s visibility at RWTH Aachen University and among its students.

Community

Members of the GPMC are part of one of the three growing communities in the center, featuring companies from various industry sectors. In addition to the communities, the Plant Complexity focus group, a cross-industry, interdisciplinary exchange platform, was launched. Besides the annual meeting of the center, three networking events are held each year within the individual communities and the focus group in an effort to promote intensive knowledge exchange, with each meeting featuring a specific main theme. The network is an excellent basis for further cooperation and a starting point for finding solutions for concrete research issues.

Research & Development

Enrolled members can actively participate in research efforts pertaining to various consortial and bilateral research projects. Issues regarding the company’s own challenges can be introduced and driven forward specifically. The center furthermore offers support for the identification and concept creation of individual and common funding and research opportunities. Further Education

Enrollment will give companies discounts for seminar offerings and certificate courses, as well as free access to member-exclusive online seminars. The topics discussed at the events range from global production to AI in manufacturing environments, Process Mining and agile business models. Services

All enrolled GPMC members have exclusive access to the GPMC Production Cloud and Knowledge Box. These offer a variety of tools for production support, design and coordination, as well as a growing knowledge base of methodologies, studies and findings. Premium member furthermore have the option of utilizing their purchased service vouchers for customized industry consulting projects and to get involved in tailor-made pilot projects in collaboration with the GPMC.
